DC Home Health Agency (HHA)
Home Health Aides provide hands‑on personal care and basic health‑related tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Services include vital sign monitoring, assistance with ADLs, range‑of‑motion exercises, skin integrity checks, and support with mobility devices. HHAs reinforce nursing care plans, observe changes in condition, and report concerns promptly. All aides are certified and trained according to DC Health requirements.
Skilled Nursing Services
Skilled Nursing Services are provided by licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) under the supervision of an RN.
PCA Services
Our dedicated behavior support professionals work collaboratively with families and clients to create effective strategies that promote positive behaviors and well-being.
Fee-For Services
